The Graduate cut – a Report on Recruiters’ use of Social Media by Penna

Penna, a global Human Resources services group, carried out a survey of 96 employers between July and October 2012 which focuses on how recruiters use Social Media both personally and professionally, looking to gauge their success with regard to monitoring and managing their reputation, as well as covering more controversial issues such as using Social Media for recruitment and selection. It also addresses the question of how applicants’ online presence may affect their employment prospects.
