Frontline are looking for high potential individuals to join their Leadership Development programme next summer. Since 2013 they have been working to transform the lives of those most in need, by recruiting and developing outstanding individuals to be leaders in social work and broader society. Visit http://thefrontline.org.uk/ for more information.
Applications to join the 2018 cohort are now open, with 352 places available across six regions.
The closing date for applications is 20 November 2017, and a high demand for places is anticipated, so early application is recommended.
Frontline are pleased to announce that they have taken the decision to remove the UCAS tariff from their entry criteria for the Frontline programme. Frontline is joining a growing number of organisations in removing UCAS requirements as a way of improving social mobility.
Frontline will continue to use a rigorous recruitment and selection process, and still require applicants to have both a 2:1 undergraduate degree and a grade C or above in Maths and English Language GCSE to be eligible. This will ensure that only exceptional candidates who can demonstrate that they possess the key skills required for social work will secure places on the Frontline programme.
Frontline are committed to diversity and inclusion, and by taking this new approach, will be able to further diversify their graduate intake on the Frontline programme by widening access to talented individuals.
